Since the beginning of our country, our family has a rich history of serving in the military. We are starting to compile information on our family members who have served in the military since the beginning of our country's history to the present. Not only is this a great way to honor our veteran's, but a way to preserve their stories and legacy for future generations.
The military questionnaire form is shown below. Please fill this out as completely as possible on yourself or any family veteran that you are aware of that served. Additionally, feel free to send copies of citations, awards, newspaper articles, photos, etc, or write your own story of you experiences and submit them. The more information that is provided, the more of a story we can tell. Any information, whether a questionnaire is submitted or not, is welcome and will be greatly appreciated. It is also important to annotate the relationship of the veteran to Valentine Hollingsworth, Sr.
