Mary McGuire is a past Chair of the Caring Committee for First Presbyterian Church of Houston. She is a trained Stephen Minister and is currently an active Volunteer Counselor at Shepherd's Center for low income clients. After a career as a Commercial Insurance Service representative, she served as the Executive Director of Volunteer Interfaith Caregivers, a faith in action non-profit assisting the frail, elderly of Southwest Houston with volunteer drivers. During this time, Mary became acutely aware of the lack of support services for the aging population and trained to be a local expert for DriveWell as well as a CarFit representative. Currently she is a Certified Senior Advisor with C&S Care Management of Houston providing concierge services for seniors.
