Since the beginning of our country,
our family has a rich history of serving in the military. We are starting
to compile information on our family members who have served in the military
since the beginning of our country's history to the present. Not only is this
a great way to honor our veteran's, but a way to preserve their stories and
legacy for future generations.
A military questionnaire form can be accessed

Reader format. Please fill this out as completely as possible on yourself
or any family veteran that you are aware of that served. Additionally, feel
free to send copies of citations, awards, newspaper articles, photos, etc,
or write your own story of you experiences and submit them. The more information
that is provided, the more of a story we can tell. Any
information, whether a questionnaire is submitted or not, is welcome and will
be greatly appreciated. It is also important to annotate the
relationship of the veteran to Valentine Hollingsworth, Sr.

This is a large project that will take a few
years to complete; however, we must start somewhere. I will periodically post
updates to the website so our progress can be viewed, and the information
can be reviewed for completeness and accuracy. I look forward to hearing from
each of you regarding this project. Together, we will make this project a
success that we can all be proud of.
